Where Indians apply

You cannot apply at the Singapore border or by walking into the High Commission: applications go through an ICA-authorised visa agent appointed by the Singapore mission in India (or online through a Singapore-resident local contact with Singpass).

Fee and processing time

The processing fee is SGD 30, charged in India as INR 2,100 and non-refundable whatever the outcome, and agents add a service fee of up to about INR 1,300. Normal processing is 3 to 5 working days excluding the submission day, though some cases take longer, and the visa is issued electronically as an e-Visa that you print.

That is about $25 in US dollars at the time of verification; the official fee is set in local currency.
