The service

Visa Planner turns publicly available immigration information into eligibility assessments, ordered checklists, and personalized timelines. The free tier includes the eligibility quiz and route guides; paid plans unlock the full checklist for a route, due-date timelines, the document vault, and email reminders. It is a digital service — nothing is shipped, and access is delivered immediately after payment.

Not legal advice

Visa Planner is general information, not legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using it. Immigration rules change frequently and are applied case-by-case by governments. Every guide shows when its route was last verified and links the official government source for each requirement — always confirm against those sources before acting, and consult an immigration lawyer for complex situations.

Your account

You need an account (email magic link or Google) to buy a plan or save results. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure — it is the key to your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or attempts to access other users' data.

Purchases & pricing

• One-time route unlock — unlocks every visa checklist within one corridor (e.g. India → Germany), permanently. Buy once, keep forever, including future updates to that corridor's data.
• Subscription — unlocks all corridors plus rule-change alert emails, billed monthly until you cancel.

From time to time we run promotions during which plans are provided free of charge. Access granted during a promotion is kept after it ends, on the same terms as a paid one-time unlock. Otherwise, prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; depending on your payment method and currency, your bank may apply its own conversion. Taxes, where applicable, are included in the displayed price.

Refunds & cancellation

Every purchase carries a 7-day no-questions refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account page. The full policy — including how to request a refund and how long it takes — is on the refund policy page.

The document vault

The vault stores files you upload against checklist items. You keep ownership of your documents; we act only as storage. Upload only files that belong to you, and note the vault is a convenience — keep your own copies of original documents. Deleting your account deletes the vault.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (the eligibility results are only as good as your answers), for the documents you upload, for meeting deadlines, and for confirming every requirement with official sources before acting on it.

What we're not liable for

We are not liable for visa refusals, missed deadlines, changes in government policy, embassy processing times, or decisions made by any government. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Intellectual property

The checklists, guides, timelines, and design of Visa Planner are ours. Your plan is for your personal use (and your family's) — not for republishing or resale. The underlying immigration facts are public information and belong to no one.

Changes to the service

We update corridor data continuously and may add, change, or retire features. If a rule change makes part of your purchased checklist outdated, we update the reference data — your purchased plan keeps its snapshot so it never changes underneath you mid-application. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them limits consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
