- Is this legal advice?
- No. We organise publicly available information into an ordered checklist and link the official government source for every requirement. For complex cases, consult an immigration lawyer.
- How current is the information?
- Every route is verified against official government sources and shows its last-verified date. Each requirement links to the primary source so you can confirm it yourself, and subscribers get an email when a rule we track changes.
- What exactly do I get when I pay?
- The complete ordered checklist for your route with due dates computed backwards from your move date, a timeline showing what runs in parallel, a private document vault with expiry tracking, email reminders before deadlines, and a downloadable PDF of your plan.
- Why is a route $9 right now?
- We just launched and want as many people as possible planning real moves with it, so every one-route unlock is $9 instead of $29 for a limited time. It's the full product, and the unlock is yours forever — the regular price returns only for routes you haven't bought.
- One route or the subscription — which should I pick?
- If you know where you're going, the one-time unlock covers every visa on that route forever. The subscription is for people comparing destinations — it opens all routes and adds rule-change alerts, and you can cancel anytime.
- How do payments and refunds work?
- Payments run through Razorpay — UPI, cards, and netbanking. Every purchase has a 7-day no-questions refund, and subscriptions cancel self-serve from your account page. The full policy is linked in the footer.
- Are my documents safe in the vault?
- Files live in a private, access-controlled bucket that only you can open, via short-lived signed links. We never scan or analyse them, and deleting your account deletes every file. Keep your own originals — the vault is a convenience, not an archive.
- Do I need an account for the quiz?
- No. The eligibility quiz is free and anonymous. Create an account only if you want to save your results or buy a plan.
- What if my visa is refused?
- We can't influence a government decision, and no one honestly can. What we do is make sure you file complete and on time — the failure modes you control.
